NICE have just (22/3/06) issued the final guidelines on Tuberculosis. This is to replace the BTS guidelines. The quick reference guide is probably the clearest and easiest to assimilate. I look forward to hearing the ensuing discussion. Of course we still await the guidance on "serious communicable diseases" which hopefully will not change the message with respect to TB!
